A plan book is not designed for any specific site, while a custom designed house by Todd Rosenblum takes your specific site potential or limitations into consideration.

Adaptive Architecture will help you throughout the entire project including the selection of a builder, and observing the construction of the house to ensure it is built in accordance with the plans and specifications.
