For most people, designing and building a custom home is a once in a lifetime project. Adaptive Architecture has designed custom homes ranging in size from 2,000 square feet to 20,000 square feet. Our unique designs can be seen up and down the east coast. We have designed all styles of homes from traditional to modern.

Instead of picking a plan from a book, you can have a dream home based on your particular needs, where every facet of the design incorporates your every need. A plan book is not designed for any specific site, while a custom designed house by Todd Rosenblum takes your specific site potential or limitations into consideration.

Adaptive Architecture will help you throughout the entire project including the selection of a builder, and observing the construction of the house to ensure it is built in accordance with the plans and specifications.

Each of our designs carefully incorporates our clients needs and desires. Adaptive Architecture listens before we design. Our services begin early by evaluating potential project sites and don't end until the builder hands you the keys to your new home.
